Bathroom was completely replaced. Everything is new including: sink, acrylic bathtub, lighting, medicine cabinet, toilet and laminated flooring.
Master bedroom has large closet with hardwood flooring under carpet.
2nd bedroom has large closet with exposed hardwood flooring.
3rd bedroom has large closet with exposed hardwood flooring.
The basement boasts a new room which is currently being used as an office but could possibly be used as a 4th bedroom. This room is completely wired with cable and satellite drops as well as an Internet and telephone jack on every wall. Two electrical outlets on each wall for lots of power. Flooring is laminate hardwood.
